In order to assure the health and safety of all students and staff, daily screening for COVID-19 symptoms and possible exposure before arriving at school is required. PVUSD’s screening form can be accessed on a chromebook, a phone, or any device with internet access. You will need your child’s Student ID number.
If your child is feeling sick, please keep your child home and contact your school.
